Our Process

Introduction & discussion about your finances, short & long term objectives. 

We will also answer any questions you have about us, the process, obtaining finance and more.  

  We collate and analyse your financial information & documentation, negotiate on your behalf with our suite of lenders and prepare our strategy & recommendations to achieve your goals & objectives. A meeting is then scheduled (face to face, video or phone) to present our strategy & recommendations to you, then answer any questions or clarifications that arise. 

Utilising our analysis of your position, as well as feedback from our meeting, we will prepare and send you a tailored finance proposal. This document summarises our strategy, recommendations and justifications, prior to lodging your application with the bank. 

 We lodge your application on your behalf to the lender, and keep you posted proactively on our progress and discussions, until we reach a favourable outcome for you. 

  We continue to work with the lender to obtain your loan contracts, then do a full review on your behalf to ensure the terms are as we agreed upfront. We then work with all parties to prepare for settlement. 

  After settlement, we will once again contact your lender to confirm everything has been set up correctly, with a detailed confirmation provided to you following. We will also regularly and proactively negotiate on your rate with your lender so that you will never pay more than you have to. We are also available on a direct line to you for any issues, queries or finance needs moving forward.
