Prior to launching Sabea Financial, Mitch worked in lending for both banks & brokerages for over 12 years, fine tuning his craft in providing high quality, effective advice to his clients on how to utilise finance to enhance their lifestyle. He earned the honour of ‘Highly Commended’ in the AMA Mortgage Awards – Young Gun category during this time, as well as 3 years running named in The Advisor Magazine’s ‘Top 30 Brokers Under 30’.

With an extensive background in finance & taxation, including a Bachelors Degree, Mitch specialises in working with high net worth clients & business owners to understand the intricacies of finance, gearing & investment to ensure they are effectively utilising lenders to further their own financial position, and therefore lifestyle. His knowlegde of various areas of finance including residential, commercial, business and SMSF lending allows him to provide a holistic financial service, making him a crucial advisor in one's financial journey.

Prior to taking time off to start a family in 2021, Loren worked as a Senior Advisor at a mortgage brokerage in Sydney's north shore for over 11 years. Loren managed one of the brokerages largest referral relationships in that time - her dedication to her craft & in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry allowed her to connect with her clients on a level that most brokers are not able to. It was this dedication that earned Loren being named in the Adviser Magazine's 'Top 30 Brokers under age 30' in Australia for 3 years running. 

Loren is highly trusted by her clientele, who often relied on her knowledge & expertise to achieve their dream home purchase. Loren's clients felt a personal connection as a result of her bubbly, affectionate nature. 

Loren has also personally bought & sold properties all over Sydney - her success in these transactions emphasises her intimate knowledge of both the real estate & finance industries - she loves to pass this on to her clientele.

Cy is responsible for our day to day operations, processes & support unit. 

With over 10 years experience working hands on in the support operation herself, she's able to recruit, train & mentor the support team as well as continuously improving our business operation, leading to a slick end to end experience for our clientele. 

Cy's genuine & knowledgable persona allows her to provide world class training and development for our support team, which in turn adds to the seamless client experience received on the front end.

Max is a property enthusiast with a keen interest in finance, investment, and architecture. With a Bachelor of Property Economics Degree from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Max is a people person, who values building and maintaining strong relationships with his clients, colleagues, and partners.

Motivated and sharp, he is always ready to take on new challenges and learn from his experiences. He is an eager learner, who can adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs, passionate about helping people find their dream homes and achieve their financial goals.

Tony has extensive experience in the mortgage lending industry, working with Commonwealth Bank for over 6 years prior to joining Sabea Financial. He's known for his genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for his clients, as well as his intricate knowledge of the mortgage process. 

Tony has a Bachelor of Commerce & Economics from UNSW, providing him a profound understanding of the workings of the economy, property market & how clients can best utilise debt to achieve their financial goals. 

Outside of work, Tony is an avid volleyballer and loves travelling & exploring the world.

Rambod (Bodi for short) joins us from a variety of different backgrounds. After completing his Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design at Curtin College, he has worked in various industries including finance, arts & building/construction. 

He is a very sharp & quick learner - coming from a family of financial experts, he is excited & motivated to build a career in finance.

Rambod looks after all our bank communications including loan tracking, document verification and settlement preparations.
