Diane has extensive experience in the Australian mortgage industry, working on both the lender and brokerage sides of the industry.

Diane started her career in the mortgage industry working in one of Australia's top brokerage firms and has also worked for two non-bank lenders specializing in near prime and specialist loans. She has a proven track record in document verification, lender policy and product analysis, post-settlement variations, and pricing negotiations with business development managers, mortgage managers, and brokers.

Due to her experience working with both lenders and brokers, she provides a unique perspective to help achieve the best financial outcome for the clients. 

A life-long learner, Diane is a voracious reader and enjoys her free time studying Mandarin.
